Alpha Jet Charter was founded by pilot owner/operator’s who are passionate about aviation. After becoming captivated with flight at young ages, they pursued their own pilots’ licenses and loved sharing the joy of flight with their friends and family.
Soon they realized they wanted to share the joy of flight with everyone! Our founders spent years learning the ins and outs of the on-demand charter industry flying for other operators. Bill Dube is the President at Alpha Jet Charter. Bill “got the flying bug” at the age of fourteen. He worked and attended school full time to support his interest in aviation. Bill is the owner/operator of a Cessna Citation CJ4 flown by Alpha Jet. His front-line experience as a charter pilot keeps him in tune with the needs of our customers and industry. Prior to Alpha Jet, Bill was a veteran of the engineered manufacturing industry having run a multi-national company with twenty locations. He is an experienced business owner and remains chairman of the board of his companies in addition to Alpha Jet.

Scott Demcko is the Director of Operations at Alpha Jet Charter. He began flying at the age of twelve in sail planes and focused on aviation ever since. Scott graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in aeronautical science in 2003. He has twenty years’ experience working in on-demand passenger, cargo, and Med-Evac sectors of the aviation industry. Scott specializes in aviation management and regulatory compliance. His dedication to creating efficient and practical company policies can be seen in Alpha Jet’s daily operations. In his free time, he enjoys computer programing and model railroads with his son.

Deb Sedlak is the Controller at Alpha Jet Charter. She has eight years of experience in accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping. Before working in aviation, Deb worked for eight years as a Credit Card Supervisor and paralegal at a national bank. After moving to Arizona, she raised two children and worked at a local school district. An efficient and organized multi-tasker, Deb excels at maintaining orderly records despite the frequent operational changes common in the air charter industry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle, and traveling.
